AZ Giving Spotlight: Sharon Knutson-Felix of 100 Club of Arizona

The 100 Club of Arizona is an incredible organization that provides support and financial assistance to the families of fallen public safety officers and firefighters in the state of Arizona. This passionate club has been the aid for many, and we are lucky to have spoken with and learned more about the 100 Club from the Executive Director, Sharon Knutson-Felix.
Recipe: Caramel Chocolate Pecan Souffle Cake
I have to admit that I am not a huge fan of sweets, however I do love caramel. When I came across this recipe posted by Jennifer McHenry in her blog Bake or Break, I had to try it. This is hands-down the best chocolate soufflé cake that I have come across to date; Julia Child would even be impressed.

Do you or someone you love have difficulty expressing or feeling emotion? People often struggle with this, especially within the construct of a romantic relationship. All people too often forget to tell the people we care about how much we love them but imagine how much more difficult it is without even being able to express the emotions. We often assume our loved ones know how we feel but, without expression of our love, do they really know?
