That's right, now guests of The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain will be able to sink their teeth into such divine menu items as:

Duck Confit Cassoulet with Garlic Sausage, Fish Taco with Mahi Mahi and Spicy Slaw, and Hand Made Ice Cream and Sorbet scooped to order, with choice of toppings. What's more, the Roadrunner may be booked for resort event meetings and conferences.
