Virtú may be small, but it sure is mighty. Opened in 2013 at Bespoke Inn, the Scottsdale restaurant was nominated by the James Beard Award Foundation as Best New Restaurant. The Mediterranean-inspired menu changes regularly with standout dishes including Chef Gio Osso’s house-made pasta and a widely-celebrated starter, charred octopus with lemon, chickpeas, arugula, fennel and a spicy kick of Calabrian chile butter.
