This combination is rich in naturally occurring opiates, calcium and magnesium which all help to relax the body.  This combination is also rich in vitamin C, which helps to oxygenate the blood at night. 

 

                1 head of lettuce

                1 pear or apple

                1 carrot

                ½ sweet potato

                ½ grapefruit

                ½ a bunch of kale
