On Thursday, Jan. 24 at 5 p.m., Chef Payton Curry (pictured) and the culinary team at Brat Haus of Scottsdale will assemble and cook the largest sausage the Valley has ever seen--all for a good cause. They hope to make a 50-foot sausage. Patrons can purchase the sausage for $2 per inch, with 100 percent of the proceeds benefiting the Ovarian Cancer Alliance of Arizona. The more sausage you buy, the more money is raised to help fund treatment for local women suffering from reproductive cancers.
