New Chef, Revitalization at Valley Restaurant
After the exit of its longtime chef, Lee Hillson, and, more recently, Todd Sicolo, T. Cook's Royal Palms Resort and Spa has announced a new executive chef, Paul McCabe. Plus, the resort restaurant will undergo three-month revitalization will take place this summer. The refreshed T. Cook's will debut September 2013. Among other changes, the new T. Familiar Face Back at Real Estate Firm
Phoenix-based Hines, international real estate firm, has announced the return of Christopher “Chris” Anderson as the firm's managing director to oversee Hines’ operations in Arizona and New Mexico. Anderson will lead all operations including new business, development, property management and asset management.
