Treeo Gallery is a charming historic bungalow, which houses two local businesses as well as a small contemporary art gallery.
Joining the Roosevelt Row Community in 2014, they quickly became a truly wonderful addition to the ever growing arts district founded by Stacey Champion, Joe Brklacich and Ashley Harder. Treeo is home to the offices of Champion PR + Consulting and FenSource and is now operated by partners Stacey Champion and Joe Brklacich, both who are staples of downtown phoenix.
Treeo has played host to several fundraisers for local organizations raising money for various causes, most recently this past month they brought together many wonderful local artists, raising $6000 for Harmony and her battle with cancer with Harmony of Hope! Treeo gallery has been featured in numerous publications both online and in print including AZCentral, the arts beacon, Java Magazine, Downtown Devil and Phoenix New Times, just to name a few.
Treeo Gallery showcases a variety of contemporary art in all mediums and they have exhibited a diverse selection of local artists while embracing all arts and genres. Curated by Stacey Champion, who works tirelessly in the downtown Phoenix community in addition to her efforts and support of the arts and its artists. The gallery has showcased a great list of local artists including Fred Tieken, Bill Dambrova, Michael Lanier, Nick Oza, Brandon Montgomery, Matti Baine, just to name a few.
Currently they are featuring the work of local artist Damian Gomes in his debut solo exhibition titled “Vacancy” featuring his latest paintings created using oils as well as the addition of new materials such as acrylics, graphite and even blood. Be sure to join Treeo Gallery and artist for the closing reception being held on Saturday, April 9 from 4 - 7 PM. Vacancy was curated by Stacey Champion and will be on display at Treeo Gallery through April 11th, 2016.
Next up at Treeo Gallery is "Up Against the Wall" the solo photography exhibition of Flo Razowsky exploring nation state-imposed borders as the evolve. The Opening Reception for the artist will be held on Third Friday, April 15th from 6-9pm and will be on view through May 16, 2016.
