Mark your calendar for the Sixth Annual Herberger Theater Festival of the Arts at the Herberger Theater Center happening next, Saturday, November 7th from 11:30am until 5:00pm.

This delightful event features a great variety of events including live music, theater and dance performances, children's activities, film shorts, local food court, and pet adoptions. What a wonderful day to spend in downtown Phoenix with the entire family, while celebrating the arts and everything it has to offer.

This festival features something for everyone to enjoy, some highlights from the upcoming festival include face painting from the APS Clown Troupe, a performance from the Arizona Theatre Company and Open Air painting (with easels, acrylic and tempera paint) with the Bergamot Institute. Also the incredible and renowned Phoenix Boys Choir will be performing in addition to special performance throughout the event by Katharine Leigh Simpson, Phoenix based performance artist. Enjoy local food from some of your local favorites Burgers Amore, Copper Leaf Gastrolounge, Put A Fork In It Catering, Queso Good Quesadilla Truck and Gelato 64!

The Festival of the Arts is proudly presented by APS, which benefits a wonderful cause the Herberger Theater’s youth outreach programs. Admission to the festival is only $5.00 and Children 12 and under are free, as well as for all active military and veterans. Tickets can be purchased in advance online here or at the entrance gate on event day. Don’t worry about dealing with parking in downtown Phoenix, there is free parking available at the Arizona Center 
located at Fillmore and 5th Street (with parking ticket validated at the event entrance gate).
