Or try the heirloom vegetable crudite for a healthy yet yummy kickoff to your meal. The beautiful plate features raw seasonal veggies sided with the refreshing cucumber-basil Greek yogurt and lemon-garlic hummus. For the perfect summer salad, it doesn't get better than the watermelon salad with tomato, feta, fried olives, balsamic, cucumber and pickled watermelon rind. And the presentation sure is pretty. For the main event, you simply can't beat Proof's lobster roll. The lobster is spilling out of a grilled, buttery roll, which you'll want to devour with a knife and fork. Abandon the bread if you must, but be sure to take a least a few indulgent bites. Proof is also known for its long and creative list of scoops, sundaes, shakes and baked goods.
