Sometimes you see things fly by in Pinterest and want to learn more, but whatever etiquette-less person posted it didn't post a link or source. Jerks.
Photos of this girl in unbelievable outfits are pinned and re-pinned and re-re-pinned on Pinterest boards across the USA, and I finally found one in a corner of a page someplace that linked through to the source.
