On Saturday Dec. 21, Gila River Hotels & Casinos - Vee Quiva - lit up the largest pylon in the state of AZ, standing at 120 feet, to celebrate the opening of the 202-freeway expansion. The 22-miles of new infrastructure will provide travelers with a new path to entertainment with an exit leading to Gila River Hotels & Casinos – Vee Quiva, known as “Vee Quiva Way.” With the Loop 202 extension complete, guests can now easily access all three Gila River properties: Wild Horse Pass and Lone Butte in Chandler, and Vee Quiva in Laveen.
