Apr. 12, 2019. The University of Arizona College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and the Arizona Wine Growers Association joined forces for a fun(d)raising event! A gorgeous spring evening of wine, food, and music as guests mingled with Arizona grape growers, winemakers, and fellow wine enthusiasts at the historic Old Main building on the University of Arizona campus - all while supporting the reinvigoration of the University of Arizona Wine Library. FOOD & WINE: More than 30 different wines from member wineries. Paired wine with delicious, tapas-style bites created by University of Arizona Executive Chef Michael Omo using locally sourced (AZ) ingredients. ENTERTAINMENT: Live music by award-winning guitarist Eduardo Minozzi Costa. SILENT AUCTION: The University of Arizona Wine Library was supported by guests participation in the silent auction.
