Apr. 29, 2017. Celebrity chef Scott Conant of Mora Italian,and some of the finest Valley chefs, including host Chef Beau MacMillan showcased their specialties at Best of the West. Guests also enjoyed wines from renowned vineyards, including ZD, Belle Glos, and Etude. Spirits such as Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Belvedere Vodka, and Dalmore Scotch were served, along with craft brew. Celebrated chefs included Chuck Wiley of Mountain Shadows, James Porter of Terra Farm & Manor, Samantha Sanz of Talavera, Russell LaCasce of Zuzu, Jacob Ellis of Top of the Rock, Brian Lieske of Grayhawk Golf Club, George Frasher of Frasher’s Steakhouse, Lenard Rubin of The Country Club at DC Ranch, and Peter McQuaid, and Rochell Daniel of Fat Ox.
