Oct. 27, 2016. LON’s at the Hermosa’s Executive Chef Jeremy Pacheco and Michelin Starred Executive Chef Alessandro Stratta joined forces for the first time ever in what was the ultimate culinary experience. Each course in this five-course meal – alternating between Pacheco and Stratta – was paired with wines from Arizona winery Burning Tree Cellars. Chef de Cuisine Alejandro Martinez, Sous Chefs Joe Hobson & Tony Huerta completed the culinary team. Burning Tree Cellars winemakers Mitch Levy & Corey Turnbull explained the winemaking process and gave insights to their wines. It was the perfect evening at Lon's at the Hermosa Inn, Paradise Valley.
