Aug. 13, 2016. Executive Chef Mel Mecinas, Executive Chef Honorio Mecinas, and Pastry Chef Juan Mecinas, cooking together after 20 years, prepared an Oaxacan gourmet dinner. The 4-course tasting menu and cocktail pairing was a celebration of their Mexican heritage and cuisine at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North.
