Dec. 22, 2015. The Desert Foundation Auxiliary celebrated their 50th Annual Desert Ball at The Phoenician Resort where 13 young ladies from the city of Scottsdale and the towns of Paradise Valley and Carefree were presented by their fathers and honored in such a fashion so as to provide funds for charitable, scientific, literary, and educational purposes.
