Nov. 18, 2014. Restaurateurs Tammy and James Carlin have taken the trendy sushi spot concept to another level, reinventing their Scottsdale restaurant, Pearl Sushi Lounge & Bomber Bar, into the Cultured Pearl Restaurant and Social Club. The just-opened spot combines a restaurant, sushi bar and lounge. Social-club memberships are offered that include access to a loft, complimentary valet parking, special discounts and member-only promotions and events.
