Oct. 17, 2014. MODUS Icon unveiled "MZ", upscale energy efficient Scottsdale townhomes designed to have zero energy bills on an annual basis (Net-Zero Energy), at a ribbon cutting ceremony with city officials and home tour in downtown Scottsdale. MZ Townhomes are located across from the W Scottsdale. MODUS Icon was honored to have Mayor W.J "Jim" Lane and Councilwoman Linda Milhaven from the City of Scottsdale to show their support for the growth of real estate and green living projects at the ribbon cutting ceremony. With only eight units, MZ is a high-end development that combines energy efficiency, innovative building material, renewable resources, and green technologies to create a new standard for smart homes and urban living.
