Sep. 18, 2014. Smiles Beyond the Bars, a Christian nonprofit whose mission is to change the lives of formerly incarcerated people by changing their smiles through a network of dental professionals and labs, held a "Vegas High Roller" fundraiser at Rolf's at Gainey Ranch.
