Sep. 10, 2014. In the final cooking class of the summer series, guests learned to prepare a variety of Italian delicacies including Bagna cauda; risotto with mushrooms. Executive Chef Christopher Nicosia hosted an interactive demonstration of authentic Italian cooking inspired by the varied regions of Italy. Hand-selected wines were paired with the evening's featured dishes.
