Tempe Mayor Hugh Hallman and Vern Swaback welcomed the Teams from the University of Arizona; China's Qingdao Technological University and Harvard University / University of Toronto who presented their winning entries followed by a discussion of matters both exciting and critical for Arizona and beyond.
