Rosendin, a 100-year-old San Jose based company that entered the Phoenix market in 1994, celebrated decades of achievement with a party featuring the area’s biggest developers and builders. Rosendin Chairman/CEO Tom Sorley and Senior Vice President, Mike Greenawalt, hosted 175 people at the company’s regional office in Tempe. The celebration recognized 100 years of shared success between Rosendin employees, developers and partners across the country, including 25 years of success in Arizona. Since 1994, Rosendin has developed significant projects that shape the Phoenix skyline including Sky Harbor Int’l Airport renovations and rental car building, Phoenix Convention Center renovation, Downtown Sheraton Hotel, Maricopa County Courthouse and more. The year 2019 marks 100 years in business for Rosendin, the electrical contracting industry’s largest employee-owned firm. Rosendin has grown tremendously since 1919, with revenues over $2 billion. No longer a small family company, Rosendin has over 7,000 employees across 15 regional offices nationwide, each offering an increasing number of services.
