Mar. 30, 2019. Scottsdale Tennis Week Saturday's main event was the highly anticipated Scottsdale Desert Smash - a charity celebrity tennis event where Hollywood and professional tennis collides. This star-studded afternoon included special appearances by Kim Alexis, Quinton Aaron, Eric Martinez, Reggie Jordan, and Les "Pee Wee" Harrison. They put their tennis skills to the test by pairing up against pros Sam Querrey and Nick Monroe. Tennis professionals Marisa Johnson and Arijana Korach were also in on the fun. Mike Bauer and SuperSnake teamed up to emcee the event. Their engaging personalities, combined with the efforts of DJ Dan on the main stage, kept the energy and good vibes flowing throughout the day. It was a great day of tennis for a great cause; proceeds from Scottsdale Tennis Week will benefit local nonprofits Lerner and Rowe Gives Back and the LovePup Foundation.
