Picture information

Crescent Highland, the newly-sought after multifamily community managed by Alliance Residential Company, recently had its grand opening of the 349-lifestyle apartment home community. The community features studio, one- and two-bedroom designs with amenities including a rooftop patio, resort-style pool and spa, resident clubroom, dog park with dog wash station, flex fitness room and creative outdoor spaces designed with a vibrant cultural focus featuring hand-painted murals from renowned local artist, Tato Caraveo. Located on the southwest corner of Highland and 16th Street, the new apartment community was inspired by its proximity to art museums, locally-owned coffee shops, chef-driven restaurants, and has partnered with The Casual Pint which occupies a 2,400-square-foot beer market, taking the first of three available retail spaces on the first floor of the multifamily community. In partnership with The Casual Pint, Crescent Highland will offer exclusive discounts and beer delivery to residents of the community. The grand opening event on Oct. 19 was held in the creatively-designed new apartment community developed by Crescent Communities, and offered intimate tours of the community and apartment home models, as well as conversations with Crescent and Alliance representatives. The evening included live entertainment poolside, beautifully lit palm trees, local artists painting vibrant pieces, a rooftop fire dancer and a contemporary violinist.
