Sep. 16, 2016. Holy Guacamole! On National Guacamole Day Arizona Taco Festival hosted Rock the Guac at Hotel Valley Ho to pit some of the Valley's top chefs against each other for Top Guac. Funds benefit the Epilepsy Foundation.
