Sep. 3, 2016. A huge crowd was captivated by talented young boxers, many from the Phoenix area, as they fought intense four round and eight round bouts at the Celebrity Theatre in Phoenix. The evening featured nine individual bouts. In the scheduled 8 round featherweight main event, Carlos Castro (16-0, 7 KOs) made a short fight of it defeating Jorge Diaz Jr. (18-5-1) by TKO in the first round at 2:18.
