Jun. 18, 2016. The inaugural Tucson 23 Mexican Food Festival at JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa, celebrating the best 23 miles of Mexican food in America, featured a weekend of various mexican food + drink events. Guests also enjoyed a celebrity chef dinner, a ceviche cooking class, and tequila and bakery demo's.
