Feb. 16, 2016. Lon's at the Hermosa Inn Executive Chef Jeremy Pacheco and his team held a four course pairing dinner featuring Caskwerks Distilling Company's Travis Nass, and the Sonoran Brew Company. Guests dined on delicious pairings featuring beer, such as Seven Wives Saison, Caskwerks Gin, Lillet Rose and Hum Botanical, paired with hamachi crudo, meyer lemon, pink peppercorn , fennel pollen, and spicy sprouts.
