Oct. 18, 2014. MODUS Icon celebrated the unveiling of "MZ" Townhomes, their upscale energy efficient townhomes designed to have zero energy bills on an annual basis (Net-Zero Energy), with a rooftop cocktail reception at the W Scottsdale. MZ townhomes are located across from the W Scottsdale.
