Oct. 3, 2014. Thousands of fashionistas attended the second day of Phoenix Fashion Week as the competition for 2014 Designer of the Year continues. Three established designers, and four emerging designers staged a top notch runway by models from Agency Arizona, and the 40 competing models of the year.
