May 23, 2014. This free summer launch had curators and artists mingled with the guests, and Program Coordinator Tania Katan presented a special "overt" and "covert" performance that was very unique and entertaining. New summer exhibitions included "Bill Owens: Suburbia" and "Linear Thinking: Selections from the Permanent Collection." And by popular demand, the installation titled "Beauty" by Danish-Icelandic artist Olafur Eliasson which was originally part of the hit springtime exhibition "The Five Senses", has been held over at SMoCA for summer!
