Rio Salado Foundation Emeritus Reception at The O'Connor House on Nov. 12, 2013. The board of directors of the Rio Salado Foundation (RSF) hosted a reception to unveil the non-profit's vision for Tempe Town Lake and Papago Park, honor the foundation's success and induct William Post, Richard Silverman, Neil Giuliano, Harry Mitchell and Hugh Hallman to Emeritus Board Member status. The night also provided special recognition of RSF's founders, the original campaign cabinet, and the current board of directors as well as introduce the new board of directors.
