Octane Raceway celebrated their grand opening at the Pavilions at Talking Stick in Scottsdale on Jul. 20, 2013. The festivities included racing specials, giveaways and a special appearance by the Hooters girls. Octane Raceway features fast electric racing karts, an indoor/outdoor track and an arcade.
