Lunch & Learn Private Dinner with Chef Beau MacMillan and Chef Pacheco at Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain on Aug. 3, 2012.

The Lunch & Learn series is led by Executive Chef Beau MacMillan of Sanctuary's Elements restaurant. Twelve participants dined with Chef MacMillan and Chef Jeremy Pacheco in XII, Sanctuary's exclusive private dining room. Jeremy Pacheco is Executive Chef at LON's at The Hermosa Inn in Scottsdale, where he also oversees the restaurant's half-acre seasonal garden which serves as a natural training ground for his culinary staff.
