How did you get your start in the restaurant business?
Working for a family friend in a pizzeria.

What is your favorite Valley restaurant, besides your own?
Noca and Pasta Bar.

What is your favorite dish at your restaurant?
Sea bass with chorizo, potatoes and a saffron brood.

What is the most memorable meal you’ve ever had?
In Italy with my entire family on a hot Sunday afternoon.

If you could have anyone visit your restaurant, who would it be?
My mother; unfortunately, she passed at the start of my career.

Name three ingredients that you have at home at all times.
Tomatoes, basil and garlic.

What is your favorite bottle of wine or cocktail?
Negroni for my cocktail, and I have many favorite bottles of wine.

What do you like to do in your free time?
I enjoy playing music, especially the guitar.
