Tip #2: Less is More

Remove clutter!  It is distracting for home buyers and doesn't provide an environment for the buyers to envision themselves in the home as they are so preoccupied with looking at all the "stuff." According to the Feng Shui principles, clutter is low, stagnant, and confusing energy that constantly drains energy from you. Depending on where your clutter is located, it can negatively influence, or even completely block, the flow of events in many areas of your home.
