Scottsdale-based Rosewood Homes has just won the prestigious 2010 Eliant Homebuyers’ Choice award for “Best Overall Purchase and Ownership Experience in America.” Rosewood Homes is Arizona’s first-ever builder to win. The award is a nod to the Rosewood Homes team for their exceptional customer service satisfaction. After all, the award is a result of happy homeowners.

The award, which is conducted by Eliant, a San Clemente, Calif.-based company, has spent the better part of 2009 surveying more than 60,000 new homeowners from more than 200 major homebuilders across 39 states via e-mail, mail or telephone. The comprehensive questionnaire covers the homeowners’ initial purchase experience through to homeownership and onto their first year as a new homeowner. “It is remarkable,” says David Kitnick, president of Rosewood Homes. “We set out as a goal to have the highest score in America on the Eliant survey...I didn’t necessarily think we would win. In all candor that is a very lofty goal.”

Rosewood Homes was also honored at this year’s 28th Annual Phoenix Metro MAME Awards with the “Small Volume Builder of the Year” award. Both awards will be displayed alongside the company’s other highly coveted awards: “Best Single Family Detached Home in America” awarded by the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB), three-time “Builder of the Year” awards and Arizona Foothills Magazines annual Best of Our Valley’s award for Best Builder.

Standard amenities include: granite countertops, generous kitchen islands, large walk-in pantries, covered front and side porches, and outdoor courtyards that merge indoor/outdoor living. All communities are completed with a higher standard in construction techniques and meet the stringent Environments for Living "Gold Standard" and EPA Energy Star guidelines. Price points range from the low $200’s to the high $900’s.
