Her name is easily recognizable and certainly one that most little girls love pretending to be: Cinderella. You might remember the Enchanted in April series put on by Girls Looking Cute and Ahwatukee Childrens Theater - including the awesome Prince and Princess Ball!  Well, now the Ahwatukee Children's Theater is putting on their own presentation of this classic and timeless tale this weekend with "Cinderella, the Enchanted Edition."  This is an exclusive engagement only occurring this weekend (June 30th and July 1st) at the Chandler Center for the Arts and it is sure to be an enchanting experience for the little princesses and princes in your lives!

This production of Cinderella is based on the 1997 Disney remake of the classic version, and will include musical numbers from it - the originals were sung by Whitney Houston, Brandy, and Julie Andrews, but these will be sung by local Arizona talent, who range in age from 4-19 years.   Watch as Cinderella is taken from her dismal circumstances and given a second chance by her Fairy Godmother.

Your own princesses and princes are encouraged to dress up and meet their favorite princesses before and after the show, and some lucky attenders will have the opportunity to dance on stage with Cinderella in the final scenes.  Everyone will enjoy the beautiful sets, costumes, and of course, the Rodgers and Hammerstein music!
