Day Trip to Slide Rock 

All good things are wild and free, and Oak Creek Canyon’s Slide Rock is no exception. From the sound of crisp creek water ripples to a child’s laughter when stepping from rock to rock, a summer day in Sedona is the perfect family getaway for a dose of Mother Nature. So beautiful in fact, the red rocks glisten as your child takes their first trip down the natural waterslide. 

Ignite your child’s lifelong love for nature with the Junior Ranger activity teaching them the significance of loving and respecting the environment. Park entrance fees are issued on a per-vehicle basis. The park is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. seven days a week.
