The Cloud at Kiwanis Park

Here comes the sun—and lots of water. Kids of all ages love splash pads, and The Cloud at Kiwanis Park is a fan favorite. This 5,000-sq.-ft. water wonderland features loops, jelly sticks, misting sprays and pillars that spray water. The focal point of the experience is the storm sequence, where water falls from the center of the splash pad. Families flock to this priceless attraction every summer to beat the summer heat. Open daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. April through October.

Story Time at Your Local Library

Once upon a time, something magical happened when your child learned to read. It sparked their imagination and transported them to a world full of fairytales and hidden treasure. Take advantage of your local library’s story time hour this weekend. What better way to escape on a warm afternoon than nestled in a cozy corner listening to your child’s favorite story.
