YouthWorks Presents “Robin Hood and His Merry Men”

TheaterWorks continues its 2018/19 season with the YouthWorks production “Robin Hood and His Merry Men” opening Jan. 11 on the Gyder Stage of the Peoria Center for the Performing Arts. See the familiar tale of the heroic outlaw presented in a unique new way. There are shows slated through Jan. 27. Single tickets are $16.

Feed the Family at Sauce Pizza and Wine

January is National Sunday Supper Month. To celebrate, Sauce Pizza and Wine is offering a deal to help make family time easier. Available exclusively at its Queen Creek location, hungry families can take advantage of the new Feed the Family offer, which includes two adult meals and two kids meals, all for just $25. Adults can select from guest-favorites like the Quinoa, Beet & Arugula Salad, Pasta & Meatballs, and Roasted Vegetable Salad, while the little ones can choose from any of the kids meal options including the Mac ‘N Cheese, Cheese Pizza, and more. The Feed the Family offer also includes four beverages and bread rolls, to complete the meal. Additional kids meals can be added on for just $5 each.

Day of Giving at Press Coffee

On Friday, Jan. 25, Press Coffee will donate 100 percent of profits from sales made in its stores and online to help kids and families at Phoenix Children’s Hospital. The local roaster’s Day of Giving is part of its Press On Charities initiative, an ongoing commitment to support Arizona’s communities.
