Hamilton at ASU Gammage

Starting this weekend, the world-renown, award-winning, musical masterpiece, Hamilton, will be coming to the Valley. Hamilton is a musical which uses rap music to reenact the biography of the American founding father Alexander Hamilton. Known as a sell-out musical on Broadway, don’t miss your chance to catch it right here at the Arizona Gammage Theater. Showtime is 7:30 p.m. and tickets start at $125. The Waste Management Phoenix Open

As golf lovers from around the globe start trickling into the Arizona desert and big white tents begin to pop up, you know the Phoenix Open is in town. So whether you are a golf fan or not, start planning your outfit for one of the most popular events to hit the Valley every year.

The tournament progresses by a round each day and so do the exciting events. Friday will kick off the weekend with the second round at 7:20 a.m. and open the Coors Light Birds Nest entertainment tent at 3:30 p.m. Entertainment for this day will include OneRepublic with Cash Cash featuring Natty Rico. The busiest day will be Saturday starting at 10 a.m. with the third round and proceed with the Coors Light Birds Nest entertainment tent opening at 3:30 p.m. with musical guests including Zedd and Nelly. And to conclude the event, Sunday will host the fourth and final round. So come enjoy the greatest show on the grass and purchase your tickets here

Artlink First Fridays

Every First Friday of the month, from 6 to 10 p.m. Downtown Phoenix houses one of the nation’s largest art walks to express the culture and essence of the city. With over 70 galleries, venues and art-related areas to explore, come check out the variety of artwork exhibited by local and visiting artists. This art walk is free and provides a shuttle service for you and your fellow art lovers an easy way to get from one end of the walk to the other. Stops along the shuttle routes include the Phoenix Art Museum, CityScape, Oasis on Grand and The Unexpected Gallery.
