Luxury Car Dealer Moves to Old Town

Mark your calendars for the luxury car dealership, Mercedes-Benz, is gearing up to hit the pavement in Old Town Scottsdale.
According to the City of Scottsdale, "The new dealership is planned at 4725 N. Scottsdale Road – just east of Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall – where an aging office building will be modified and expanded to house the new facility. [Dealership] owner Chuck Theisen says the move is a $25 million investment for downtown Scottsdale that will include his corporate headquarters and create 150 new high-paying jobs."
