New Chef, Revitalization at Valley Restaurant
After the exit of its longtime chef, Lee Hillson, and, more recently, Todd Sicolo, T. Cook's Royal Palms Resort and Spa has announced a new executive chef, Paul McCabe. Plus, the resort restaurant will undergo three-month revitalization will take place this summer. The refreshed T. Cook's will debut September 2013. Among other changes, the new T.
