The Arizona Nutcracker Celebrates 26th Anniversary with Holiday Performances at The Madison Center for the Arts

Phoenix, AZ – The Arizona Nutcracker, the only Nutcracker ballet in the nation performed entirely by dancers ages 3–18, returns for its 26th anniversary season with three performances December 20–21 at The Madison Center for the Arts.

Audiences will be transported into a magical holiday world filled with a Nutcracker that comes to life, falling snow, angels dancing on clouds, over 400 dazzling costumes, and a Christmas tree that grows through the roof of the theater.

Performance Schedule:

• Saturday, Dec. 20 at 1:00 pm – Special appearance by Santa & cast autograph signing
• Saturday, Dec. 20 at 6:00 pm
• Sunday, Dec. 21 at 1:00 pm – Special appearance by Santa & cast autograph signing

Dancers from across the Valley—including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, and beyond—have been rehearsing since August to bring this holiday tradition to life. Families are invited to stay after the matinee shows to meet Santa and take photos with Clara, the Nutcracker, the Sugar Plum Fairy, and other beloved characters.
