Miraval Resort & Spa in Tucson is keeping their legacy in the family by announcing Justin Macy as their new Executive Chef. An Arizona native, Chef Macy first came to Miraval in 1999 with his mother, who worked as a chef in the Miraval kitchen. 

At 17 years old, he began his culinary career at Miraval, where he rose through the ranks to ultimately become Executive Chef.  Chef Macy works alongside his wife, Kim Macy, who is the pastry chef at Miraval.
