Restaurant Chain Gives Three Million Meals for Charity

In an effort to feed the children of America, Romano's Macaroni Grill teamed up with No Kid Hungry to raise $100,000 to provide 1 million meals to kids. Yet, thanks to the dedicated support of bloggers, social media and just plain hungry folks who were willing to spare an extra dollar after their meals, the partnership exceeded their initial goal with more than $300,000 raised!
Now go celebrate the victory with a feast at Macaroni Grill.

Boutique Launches Charity Fashion Show

On October 20, The Garage Boutique for Kids is pleased to present its 10th Annual "Fashion for Philanthropy" event, hosted by the 2012 Polo Champtionship and benefitting Global Family Philanthropy, P.O.P.S.I.C.L.E. Center and The Ronan Thompson Foundation.
At 5 pm, after the matches at the Polo Championships, the fashion show is set to take place on the same grounds of the tournament. Mingle with the elite while giving back to our local non-profits.

Tucson's Angel Charity for Children continues their Fall fundraising this Friday, October 12th with their annual “Texas Hold 'Em” Poker Party. Host sponsor, Union Public House, will provide the perfect event venue, for both players and non-players alike. Space is limited to 150 players, but you don’t need to be a pro to play. Promising to enhance spectating as a sport, Union invites guests to try their hand at wine tasting and enjoy complimentary appetizers from their tasty menu.
