XCP has "Girls Have IT Day"

The young women of Xavier College Preparatory are attacking traditional gender roles early. On March 16, Xavier will host its fourth annual “Girls Have IT Day,” from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Developed by the students with help from faculty, the event aims to increase young women’s interest and involvement in science, information technology (IT), engineering, art and math (STEAM).
