Phoenix Festival de España, 2nd Annual Celebration of Spanish Arts & Culture returns to the heart of Downtown Phoenix at the Phoenix center for the arts this weekend March 21st 12-6pm and March 22nd 12-8pm with FREE Admission for the entire family.

Phoenix Center for the Arts and Flamenco Por La Vida are proud to present fantastic Flamenco workshops for youth and adults, delicious Spanish food, culinary demonstrations, presentations on Spanish culture, live performances of dance and music, art and more! The Festival will also feature art exhibits, costumes, jewelry, and a beer and wine garden. Dance and music performance will take place throughout the day on the festival’s outdoor stage. Don't miss scholars, curators,and both local and nationally-acclaimed Spanish historians presentating lectures and workshops About Spanish culture and history.

Sunday will feature a very special screening of the documentary “Flamenco Flamenco” by Carlos Saura at 2pm in the PCA Third Street Theater. The closing flamenco performance, “Luz De Dia,” will take place at 6pm also taking place in the Third Street Theater. "Luz De Dia” will showcase an internationally acclaimed guitarist, Misael Barraza Diaz, with special guest from international flamenco star, Nino De Los Reyes, along with a dynamic ensemble which includes Macarena Giraldez, Olivia Rojas, Jason Martinez, Mele Martinez, and Angelina Ramirez. Tickets are required for entry to both “Flamenco Flamenco” ($10) and “Luz De Dia” ($15). Those wishing to attend both events, can purchase a combo ticket for $20.
