Proceeds from this afternoon of fun will benefit the Tempe Mission Campaign, aiming to raise at least $1,000.00 during the event. The purpose of the Create Collective event is to develop opportunities for the local creative community to connect and create in a group environment while giving back to the broader community. “From makers to artisans and beyond, we wanted to foster a fun and inclusive way for the community to network, feel good about what we’re collectively doing in Tempe, and we hope that the nominal donation requests exceed our fundraising goals for the day,” remarks DTA liaison Krislyn Erickson.
